    Hello,

This is my first time using your theme. I chose it because of its wide range of features. It takes a bit of time to learn all the settings, and some of my questions might already have answers in the settings, but I couldn’t find them.

    1. I added the necessary filters by categories and attributes on the shop page, but they work incorrectly. Every filter I apply gives wrong results.

    2. How can I set the categories to display hierarchically? I created main categories with subcategories, but on the shop page, they all appear the same, not in a hierarchy. For example, for the “Eyelash Extensions” category, there should be a “+” button that opens the subcategories.

    3. Is it possible to add filtering by product tags?

    4. (Attached image) When submitting a review, I would like to remove the “1 star, 2 stars, 3 stars” dropdown and have only the star rating where the user can click on the number of stars they want.

    5. On the product page, I added reviews below the product title, but if there are no reviews, nothing appears. I want the reviews section to be visible even if it’s empty.

    6. I use the ‘Products Carousel’ widget on all pages, but on the product page, I want to display ‘Related Products,’ which I can’t achieve using ‘Products Carousel.’ The issue is that the ‘Related Products’ section doesn’t have as many styling options, and I can’t match its design to the other carousels. 7. Is it possible with this theme to do the following: I want to show product suggestions on both the product page and in the cart. For example, if I have two different products but also sell them in a bundle, when someone adds a single product to the cart, I want to suggest the bundle as well.

    Best Regards,
    Octavian

    Hello, Tavi,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Below are the responses to your queries:

    1. Could you please clarify what you mean by “gives wrong results”? It would be helpful if you could provide more details or, even better, share some screenshots to illustrate the issue.

    2. Unfortunately, the category filter does not have such functionality. However, you can use the default WooCommerce widget “Product Categories” and select the “Show hierarchy” option within it.

    3. Regrettably, no, this is not possible. You can use the “Product Tag Cloud” widget instead. If you specifically require a filter, you may submit a request for this functionality on the following page: https://www.8theme.com/roadmap/

4 & 5. These types of requests fall under customization. You can find more information about customization services at the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel

    6. For single product pages, you can add the “Products Carousel” element and select “Data Source -> Related Products” within it.

    7. This depends on the tool or plugin you are using to create bundle products, as this is not a default WordPress functionality. We recommend reaching out to the plugin provider that enables the creation of bundle products for further assistance.

If you have any additional questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best regards,
    8Theme’s Team
