Hello,
I purchased the theme last week and it was working totally fine until an update came and since then, it has been making problems.
1) It automatically changed the header and removed my logo.
2) Now its not letting me access the customization screen and gives me an error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” I have the admin access yet this error. Also in the main dashboard of Xstore it gives this warning “The following required plugin is currently inactive: Xstore Core” while the plugin is active.

I have tried cleaning cache, I have tried deactivating and re-activating all plugins, I have tried deactivating all non-essential plugins and 3rd party plugins to check if they are causing the problem but it seems to be the update. P

Hello,

Look, every theme version requires an appropriate version of XStore core plugin, check the changelog https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ It means if you use XStore 6.1.5 then XStore Core plugin should be 1.4.5, if you use XStore 6.1.4 then XStore Core plugin – 1.4.4 according to changelog.
In your case you installed XStore 6.1.4 and core plugin 1.4.5, that’s why you had a problem. There was no need to reinstall WordPress.
I have updated theme, now both theme and plugin are up to date and you can proceed with demo content import if you decided to reinstall all.
