The footer doesn’t show up it says “Parse error: syntax error, unexpected end of file in /home2/mashari/public_html/wp-content/themes/royal/footer.php on line 120” instead.
Hello,
Please provide wp-admin access in Private Content.

What do you mean? how to do that? i thought the private content is visible for moderators which is you right?
Hello,
Yes, I need to check backend of your site so please provide me your Dashboard access.

May you just provide me with the theme footer code (footer.php) like standard code in the private content and i’ll just copy it and paste it. and if there anything you want to check just tell me and i’ll screenshot it for you.
Hello,
What theme version do you use?
Please provide me screenshot of your footer widgets.
Regards
Tt says i’m using Version 1.0 (Royal Child theme)
i’ve provided a Url for my website so you can check the footer out and also the header disappeared and there was a royal video but suddenly it changed to an image.
I need to know version of your parent theme, make sure that it is the latest http://prntscr.com/gijsh0
if needed please follow documentation and update theme
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/installation_upgrade
Also, update all required plugins: https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
Before uploading theme files delete “woocommerce” folder, which is located in wp-content/themes/royal/ to avoid problems with old files (it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package).
Don’t forget to create backup of your files and database before starting update process!
You need to enter your purchase code to activate the theme and skip Setup Wizard.
Regards
Oh yes my bad brother, The version of the theme is 3.1.
I’ve tried that and Unfortunately it didn’t work for me and i believe it’s has something to do with Footer.php code.
I’ll provide you with my WP-admin Access in the private check out and hopefully you can fix it bro.
Hello,
I’ve updated your site footer with default footer.php of Royal theme.
It’s fixed now and you can check that.
You have some 3rd party plugin. that could altered your footer or you altered it manually.
Anyhow, you can add / change the footer elements now in Appearance > widget > footer
