Hi 8 Theme Supports,

I created a from by choosing contact => Add new form
I successfully added a form on page: https://giakhiemtoy.vn/test-form/
(1) But when I test the form by submit data the form didn’t work (you can try the form)
(2) By the way, show me where on dashboard collected data from this form.
