The header template does not appear as it does in the default template

Hello Team!

When create a new header by choosing one of the existing templates, it does not appear in the same format.

This is the default template image:

This is because menus, you need to select menus as shown in this screenshot – https://prnt.sc/RFrIWlm6v7Cj (on the demo 2 menus were created via Appearance > Menus).

Upon review, it appears that the responsive view is functioning as intended, with certain elements selectively displayed. At this time, we do not see any issues.

After watching the videos, please describe what exactly assistance do you need from our side and provide temporary wp-admin access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
