Please try to disable all 3rd-party plugins and re-import demo content after that.

What PHP version do you use? Have you renamed the child theme?

Archive products element can be used for products archive pages only – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

For displaying products on custom pages, we recommend using the Products Grid element.
