Hello, I used the Product Add-Ons plugin to build the ordering process. The Engraved Text field can capture the user’s input, but the image cannot be retrieved. What could be the reason? Is it because the theme and the plugin are incompatible? Thank you

We’ve made a test and could see that the image uploaded successfully on your cart page. But when we go to the checkout page the image is gone.
We would like to kindly inform you that any issues related to third-party plugins should be directed to the respective plugin authors. These matters fall outside the scope of support provided by our team.
