The imported demo page doesn’t work properly.

I just installed the XStore theme on my website and imported the classic demo, but the front page isn’t working properly.

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ Please Check System Requirements:

Ensure that your web hosting environment meets the minimum requirements for the XStore theme. Please increase the memory limit as (512M) and max execution time 300 & max input vars minimum 4000 -Check the image for specific requirements here: https://imgur.com/Cyzquf8
We kindly request that you, Please use PHP version 8.1.

For this please contact your service provider and ask them to fix it.

After that, Please clear your browser cache and recheck again.

2/ We recommend executing the import on a clear WordPress installation. You can accomplish this by using the WordPress Database Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/. This plugin enables you to erase all existing content and install a fresh version.

3/ Afterward, Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin and GMAPS for WPBakery Page Builder (Visual Composer) ), except required plugins on your site and then Import the demo on your site again.

Please always use one page builder at same time to avoid any inconvenience (Elementor OR Wp-bakery)
