Hi,
I have just installed the last update for Xstore 6.3.2 Theme and core
unfortunately after the update all the website was down
there is no conflict with any plugin as i did deactivate all plugin and the issue is still on
how can i downgrade to the previews version as i need my store to be working until this issue is solved ?

Hello,

Check the server error log. What errors dо you have there?
Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look at the problem on your site.

i cant find the footer as well
i will send it on private.
i needed the shop to be online and working so i have restored the website as it was

1) It seems that WP Dashboard access is incorrect http://prntscr.com/s8kj3o
2) What about FTP?
Provide this information to allow us to proceed with update.

Sorry for the late reply i had an internet issue in the area.
the credential is working now
try again please
i have restored the previews version and i lost all the updates i did in 2 days periods including the orders that i had.
this FYI.

Hello,

WP Dashboard works but to update theme we also need FTP access to your files. Please, provide us with FTP access to proceed with the update.
