    Hello,

    It appears there has been a misunderstanding, and we are here to clarify the situation once again. Currently, posts are not being displayed on your blog page, regardless of the theme you are using. This issue is not related to our theme. To resolve this, please contact WordPress support. Once the issue is addressed, posts should display on your blog regardless of the theme used.

    With our theme, you should be able to achieve the results as seen in our demo. Currently, the posts are not showing at all, and the cause is not related to our theme. As the support team for the theme, we are unable to assist with problems not caused by our theme.

    We hope this clarifies the situation.

    We have conducted additional tests on the iPhone device using both Chrome and Safari browsers, as well as on Android devices with Chrome browser. The results have consistently been normal. For your reference, we have attached a video of these tests in the private area of our website.

    We recommend that you consider using an alternative device for further testing, in addition to the one you are currently using. Additionally, you might find it beneficial to activate a default theme, such as Storefront, for these tests. We asked you few times about checking the issues from other devices and we sent you the results from our devices where no issue is shown, but there was no feedback from your side about our requests. Also, we asked you to test with default theme as such issue does not directly related to our theme but rather to WP settings or redirections set by your hosting – still no feedback from you about it.
    You should understand that issues outside of this are not covered under our support policy or Envato’s policy.

    1/ Did you test with default theme such as Storefront ? What are the results ?
    2/ Did you try to use other mobile devices but not only yours ? What are the results ?
