Hi,

I get this message when I enter my license: “You have activated your purchase code more than 12 times.”

The license was used only once for a site not yet online. I activated the license only in my demo area, why am I receiving this message? How do I resolve?

Hello,

We checked your license and see that you used our theme and the same license for many projects.
And if I check your topics I see that you ask questions for different sites.
You can use 1 license for 1 project(dev and production sites) according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
Buy separate licenses for your projects!

the sites are not online. In any case, delete the image with the list of sites in the test area and do not dare anymore to publish a list of private sites. What privacy rules do you have about Donald Duck?

Hello,

Take my apologies, I missed that I published sites out of the Private content area. I’ll be more attentive.
Anyway. Even if sites are under maintenance mode it does not change the fact that you used 1 license for multiple projects.
Read the license policy attentively https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular

2.You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”)

No matter if it’s online or under maintenance at this moment.

So, if you start the new project you need a separate license.

Ok. Just keep in mind you can use 1 license for 1 project(dev and production sites). New project(no matter online or offline) – new license.
