The Live Website do not update after i make changes

I recently purchased the theme, but I don’t understand why the banner image and text color aren’t updating on the live website, even though I edited them in Elementor

Files is visible for topic creator and
support staff only.

Hello, @Matt123,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

Additionally, Please deactivate the Cahce plugin on your site and check again.

If this doesn’t help, Please provide us with temporary wp-admin access to your site, and we will investigate the issue more thoroughly.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
