    Good morning,
    1) It happens to me (as I show in the attached video) that despite having removed the “weight” attribute, and having inserted another “Certifications” attribute. on the single product page I still see the Weight attribute and not “certification”
    How come?
    2) in the product meta how do I change the writings of: “categories” and “tags” in gategorie and tag .
    kind regard
    Gianluca

    HI,
I found the solution in the first point of my question.
That is, for every single product I have to eliminate the default attribute.
I ask you, is there a method to massively remove the default attribute from every single product?

    Hello, Gianluca,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ Please try to test how it works with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront activated on your site.

2/ Make sure that you translated mentioned texts for the XStore theme via Loco Translate plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/ and sync translation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/
Double-check that the names of translation files and locations, so they are correct.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team

I didn’t quite understand the advice you wrote to me in the first point.
on the second point he was clear.
as I wrote before the solution to the first point I found it.
tell me if it’s right: I should remove the default attribute from all products..
since I have about 2000 products removing it for each product would be a demanding job.
First of all, I ask you if this is the solution? if this is the solution. Is there a way to mass delete and not for every single product?

    Hello, Gianluca,

We asked you to check how it is displayed with the Storefront theme because we suppose the mentioned situation is independent of our theme. In case it will be confirmed after testing with Storefront, you will need to contact the support of the WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Please go to Appearance > Themes > Install and activate the official WooCommerce theme Storefront for a few mins and check if your issue appears with our theme only or with the default WooCommerce theme too.

Two different product attributes are available in WooCommerce, local and global product attributes. In WooCommerce both options are called attributes, but there is a difference in the functionality of these attributes.
Global attributes: These are the properties that you will find in the WP-Admin under Product > Attributes. All attributes created here are at on a global website level and can be used with all products.
Local attributes: These attributes are created when you create or edit a product. You cannot use these attributes to filter and they are only visible on the product page itself.
Local attributes can be edited/deleted for every product individually because they were created in such a way.

    Kind Regards,

    Thank you for the explanation.

Now it’s clearer to me. Therefore, to speed up the publication of the site, I decided to leave the simple products without an attribute.
