Hi,
I get an error when I try to add items from the WooCommerce catalog with the Facebook pixel.

“The microdata in this pixel is not complete or is incorrectly formatted.
If you want to use this pixel to add items to the catalog or update them, you will need to install the necessary microdata tags on your website.”

I have installed the Facebook pixel and catalogs on other websites some time ago and did not need to add more microdata.

Do you now how to solve that?

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

Have you tried to contact support of Facebook pixel first?
Have you tested how it works when not our theme, but the default WooCommerce theme activated on this site?
There should not be any restrictions from our theme side.
