Hi support,

I want to update theme, but i got this message > The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed. Could you help me with this, please? Thank you!

Our developers working on compatibility with the latest woocommerce version.
You can downgrade WC version – https://prnt.sc/9zDbDPn58IxX https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ or wait for the next theme update, it will be released soon.
Next time, do not update WC before the theme update, here is our changelog – https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ with info about compatibility.

Hi Support,

I have deleted my Xstore template on WordPress, and reinstalled the plugin. I get the following message. The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found, By trying to fix it, I have deleted all my history browsers and also used another browser – with no success, Please assist

It seems that you may have attempted to install the theme archive as a plugin, which is unnecessary. We would like to guide you through the simplest installation process:
– Please download “XStore – Installable Archive” from https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and install it via Appearance > Themes > Add new.
– Then, download the Core plugin archive from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now
