No he podido instalar el plugin XStore core cada que trato de instalarlo aparece ese error, ya probé la solución que ofrecen en su documentación (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/troubleshooting-pclziperrbadformat-10-during-theme-core-plugin-update/) e igualmente sigue sin funcionar.

The problem is happening on localhost, we don’t have the server where we are going to deploy the application yet. Would it be helpful if I sent you a link to anydesk?

Hello, @Carlos Morales,

You need to re-activate the XStore theme, please navigate to the XStore Welcome panel > unregister theme and then enter your purchase code to register again.

Alternatively, you can manually install the required plugin by downloading the archive from the following link: https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
