The Plugin of File Bird and QForms are not getting Update

    Dear Sir,

    The Plugins File bird and Q Forms are showing as the Latest Version is available in WordPress dashboard but in the X Theme Plugin Installer Panel those are showing as update please let me know how to update them

    Hello,

    Please read this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
    Once new versions of plugins will be available officially for download on codecanyon, they will be updated on our site too – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ and in the Plugin Installer.

    Hello,

    Go to XStore > Plugin installer and add the following to the end of the url
    &et_clear_plugins_transient and click enter.
    Check if you got update notification after that.
    Also, keep in mind that you can always find the latest versions of plugins here https://www.8theme.com/downloads to update them manually.
