I have already set, but it doesn’t work. What’s wrong with it?
Hello, @Elvis,
Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

here
Hello, @Elvis,
Thank you for granting us access to your site’s wp-admin.
Upon review, we have observed that the swatches are displayed correctly when using the Elementor editor mode on your site.
Should these changes not be reflected on the front end, it is likely due to a caching issue. We kindly request that you temporarily disable the CDN on your site and clear all caches to see if this resolves the issue.
We hope this information is helpful to you.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
I’ve already disabled all of the CDN caching on my website. It was normal before, but even after flushing all cache, the issue still persists.
Hello, @Elvis,
Thank you for your prompt response.
We have temporarily activated the XStore parent theme on your website and are pleased to report that we encountered no issues. The swatches are displaying correctly on the archive pages of your site.
This confirms that the issue resides within your child theme. We recommend consulting with your website developer to review your child theme, or consider installing a new child theme on your site.
We hope this resolves the issue. Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
The 8Theme Team
