The ‘Recently Viewed’ feature is not working properly

    The ‘Recently Viewed’ feature is not working properly. After viewing a product and returning to the homepage, no products are displayed in the ‘Recently Viewed’ section.

    Can you check the above screen recoding ? In the above shows that the ‘Recently Viewed’ is not working properly.

    Also Is it possible to disable the ‘Recently Viewed’ section when there are no items in it and automatically enable it when items are added to the section?

    1/ In the video, it is not clear if you are using an incognito browser window. Please let us know what browser you use and make sure that it is not an incognito browser window. Try to test from different browsers or devices, maybe specific settings of your browser cause the problem.

    2/ There is no such possibility, sorry.

    I’m using Chrome. But there is no change in normal tab. Please check.

    Hello, Catholicans,

    We also use Chrome browser, not an incognito window, and ‘Recently Viewed’ products are displayed fine on your site https://prnt.sc/Z0uzIT6UHlYG

    As was mentioned, the problem may be caused by cache settings of your browser.
    Did you check from other browsers and devices?

    I checked in Firefox and Microsoft edge. But showing the same issue.

    Hello, Catholicans,

    Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. I will pass this topic on to our dev team.
    FTP access is needed, wp-admin will not be enough.

    To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
    To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
