    Hello,

    1) Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site.
    2) Provide us with links that display 404 error.

    If your website shop page displays 500 Internal server error, contact your hosting provider about this issue.

    Very often it throws an error 500. When open the store page. I have the dokan plugin installed. Tell me, is it related to the hosting or the theme? WordPress memory limits have been increased to the maximum. Most often this happens after loading a new product. https://onsofa.online/shop/

    Hello,

    Go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar > check the 8theme Stock status widget and make sure that you set Request type to New https://prnt.sc/qWyI9blq7l-0
    Check if you still have 500 errors after that.
