The Shop Page to display Categories Only

Hi I would like the Shop Page to display categories only and no products. I cannot see an option for this type of layout in the ‘Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop Page layout’ settings. If I try to edit the shop Page itself using Elementor it does not load and the ‘WP > Appearance > Customise’ defaults to the XStore Theme options. I have also searched the documentation but not found an answer. Can you advise on how to achieve this? Thank you.
