The mobile panel of the single product page is displayed at the bottom.
But when I scroll down the page, the mobile panel is not displayed at the bottom.
How to set the mobile panel of the single product page is always displayed?

I test my website.
It has 2 problems after fixing the Mobile panel visible problem.
1, My desktop front page banner has a fade-in effect after refresh but I don’t edit any effect on the banner.
2, I use the 3-column container to create 3 banner settings for testing, but the desktop displays the mobile style after fixing the mobile panel.

I just tested the Mobile panel on a single product page again
and I cleared my CDN cache several times.
However, the mobile panel is not visible for scrolling the single product page bottom.
Now, I know the mobile panel is not visible what happen.
I use the sticky cart widget. If I only use it on a desktop and hide it on a mobile portrait.
The problem will happen, the mobile panel is not visible for scrolling the single product page bottom.
If I delete the sticky cart widget, the mobile panel is visible for scrolling the single product page.
How to fix the problem?
