The site slow and giving problem with the other plugins. My Elementor doesn’t work anymore

When I update the theme and plugins on the site, the site doesn’t work anymore, especially the elementor. Then I always need to go back to the backup. How to proceed?

Hello @Juliana,

We have logged into your site and have determined that you are using the most recent version of the theme, 9.1. We have also tested the page on your site with the Elementor page builder and it appears to be working correctly. We believe this may be a caching issue on your end. We suggest clearing the cache and testing again.

Alternatively, if you could provide us with a video clip demonstrating the issue, it would help us to better understand the problem.
