Hi,
You can try the website in both Arabic and English. You will notice that in English, the Elementor sticky header feature works. In Arabic, this feature does not work. When I checked with the Elementor Pro team, they examined the website and advised the problem could be a conflict with the XStore Theme, and/or the XStore Core Plugin.
Kindly examine the website, contact the Elementor team if needs be, and advise the resolution.
Thank you,
Dear @Azim,
We hope this message finds you well. We have noticed that there was a conflict between the Elementor Motion Effects and our XStore sticky header functionality on your website, as both features perform similar actions.
To resolve this issue and improve your site’s performance, we have temporarily deactivated the XStore sticky header feature on your containers. You can now review the changes at your convenience.
For guidance on correctly implementing sticky headers, please refer to our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/#eatures-gwnX12.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Thank you,
I can see that you removed the XStore sticky header plugin. Ok, but, after I added another XStore plugin called White Lable and made changes using it, the sticky header in the Arabic version stopped functioning again. I removed the white label plugin, but the issue was not resolved. Could you look into this issue and advise?
Best regards,
Dear @Azim,
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to clarify that we have not removed any plugins from your website. Our recent action involved deactivating the XStore sticky header option for a specific containers. This was necessary because the motion effects option was enabled for the same containers. You can view the details here: https://prnt.sc/edOWq2q8p6ZV.
Should you choose to use the motion effects, it is advisable to keep the XStore sticky header options deactivated for the header to ensure optimal functionality.
If you require further assistance or have specific expectations, please do not hesitate to provide us with more details and screenshots. We are here to help you achieve the desired results.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson
