The store administrator does not receive a message about the order by e-mail

    Hi,
    Your template is great. But I have one problem that I haven’t been able to solve yet. My clients receive all notifications about orders. Only the sales manager does not receive a single notification. Notification of order receipt is especially important to me.
    Can you help me solve this problem?

    Regarding the issue with order notifications not being received by the sales manager, we understand how important this functionality is for your business operations. To assist you better, please ensure the following:

    1. The sales manager’s email address is correctly added in the WooCommerce settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails.
    2. The specific email notifications (such as “New Order”) are enabled and assigned to the correct recipient.
    3. There are no email delivery issues or spam filters blocking the notifications.

    If you have already checked these settings and the issue persists, please test how it works when the Storefront theme is activated (Appearance > Themes).

    If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself. In this case, we would recommend you contact support of woocommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
