Hi, sorry for the inconvenience but this time I’m writing to you angry… The theme broke again (for the third time), but this time for no reason. I already optimized my wordpress so that the page could load without problems with several optimization plugins advised by the service offered by my hosting I ALREADY MADE SURE THAT MY SEVIDOR MEET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO SUPPORT YOUR THEME (PLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST THAT I CHECK IT, THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I DO IT).
I literally did nothing, I wasn’t doing anything but editing some pages and when I refreshed the page the whole layout was down….
Unfortunately I can’t restore my page as my hosting space just ran out of space to hold a backup… as far as I can see the problem is the media files that should be installed with the theme (previously, when I first installed this theme I always had problems installing the media files and I had to ask for your help to help me install them) as it looks exactly the same as when I couldn’t install them (I leave the link to my page for you to see).
I LEAVE YOU MY ACCESS DATA SO THAT YOU CAN ENTER AND HELP ME TO SOLVE IT… Sorry for writing with this way, I know you try to give the best service and I try to give the best but it is frustrating that so many efforts I make working with your theme and sometimes it seems that it is this theme that is causing me so many problems…
