Hello,

1) I have tested your shop page speed with the default Storefront theme and with the XStore theme and speed results are almost the same. Check and compare:
Storefront – Fully Loaded Time 7.4s https://gtmetrix.com/reports/atsalis-jewellery.gr/ZNsYjTIm/
XStore – Fully Loaded Time 7.6s https://gtmetrix.com/reports/atsalis-jewellery.gr/VN9RvWuT/
I would recommend you to contact your hosting provider and ask if they could improve the site loading from their side (reduce server response time etc)

2) You can add widgets to the filters are at the top of the products from Appearance > Widgets > Shop filters https://prnt.sc/1w8mjjs
To find settings for that area go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop filters https://prnt.sc/1w8mn36

Hello,

1) Off-canvas filter displays shop page sidebar. If you disable the shop page sidebar then off-canvas filter does not appear and the only filter button is there the same as on the desktop version.

2) Provide us with link to the tester that you use and also FTP access to your site. We’ll try to fix the errors related to our theme.

Hello,

We have fixed errors that came from our theme. I see only “Replace your i elements with em or strong.” error https://prnt.sc/1xqa60s but these icons come from Elementor. So contact Elementor support to get help with this because we can do nothing. Or change the FontAwesone icons with the SVG icons.

We don’t have more options in our theme to make it faster. So, you may try to play with server settings to improve site speed. Because we don’t have more options.

Hello,

You can enable/disable Ajax menu loading in Theme Options > Speed optimization. Ajax menu loading speeds up the site loading because it does not load mega menu content from start and loads that only if you hover over the menu. But if your server has a slow response time then it would be better to disable that option to avoid visual issues with the menu. And speed up the server response time.

Could your hosting provider provide detailed reports on what requests cause CPU issues?

2/ About off-canvas sidebar
You have it on your shop page http://prntscr.com/1z1422j but on search results page you have it as sidebar http://prntscr.com/1z14fx7. I enabled inherit option for search results page sidebar http://prntscr.com/1z146sh to make it off-canvas as on shop page -> http://prntscr.com/1z14kfj
3/ We don’t have such option but you can use next custom css for this

    display: none;
}
```
4/ It requires a custom script to make it work, so as a workaround you may find some gifs and try to upload them instead of icons but we are not sure that the result will be the same.

Provide us with FTP access to your site, please. we tried to enable error log to check the warning but fatal error happened and we are locked out.

Tell me your actions that cause that warning, please.

We created a child theme. It includes code required to avoid checker warnings.

The issue was caused by incorrect image settings https://prnt.sc/20smtqc
You need to use full in the image size filed, and width with px in the min-height if the banner requires min-height. But in your case, there is no need to add the min-height.

Check the log now.
