    I don’t know why the theme options are empty.

    for this information.

    Hi zeathanh,
    I see you are using the older version of xstore theme.
    The latest version is 6.3.2, Please update the theme and XStore Core plugin as well.
    If not solve then disable all extra plugins one by one and check once.
