Hi! For my new website, I want to buy this template https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/rental-car/ and adapt it for a tour booking site. But I have 2 question: 1) why is the booking block https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/rental-car/product/audi-speed-a4/ , which is visible on the desktop https://prnt.sc/FKc_wIP6Awik, not visible in the mobile and tablet version? is this a bug? 2) after clicking the “request fo booking” button there is no transition. Question – is there a transition to the traditional checkout page or is the request sent and that’s all?

    Hello, @MarinaD,

We would like to address the concerns you have raised regarding the functionality of our website templates on mobile and tablet devices, as well as the configuration of the booking form.

    1) Please be informed that the visibility of the booking block on smaller screens is an intentional feature of our responsive design templates. This is to ensure that the user interface remains uncluttered and accessible on devices with limited display area. Should you wish to have the booking block displayed on all devices, this can be achieved by adjusting the element settings or by implementing Custom CSS.

    2) Regarding the booking form, it has been constructed using the Contact Form 7 plugin. The “request for booking” button is designed to start a customizable process, which you can tailor to your specific requirements by modifying the associated contact form. By default, the button is set to send a request rather than redirecting to a traditional checkout page. If your preference is to have users directed to a checkout page upon clicking the button, we kindly suggest referring to the plugin’s documentation or reaching out to the plugin’s support team for assistance, as the plugin is available at no cost.

We appreciate your understanding in these matters.

    Warm regards,
    The 8Theme Team
