The top color not changed and theme option not open

Dear
i start to prepare my website with change the top color and some text color and i always make save before publish it but it was back to the same original theme color also no any change effect on the web site and theme option also it was not open again so please i wanna understand what the problem and fix it urgently

What exactly changes do you mean? Provide screenshots, please. You can use Lightshot screenshot tool to share your screenshots.
To be able to edit static blocks, like Header banner, footer, mega menu items, you need to enable Elementor for static blocks – https://prnt.sc/24aqk5g

i like to use the editor for xstore i tried to upload pic but i didnt found any attachment option by the way when i press on theme option to customize and edit the header , banner …., it was not open anymore just give it me empty blank https://brandspazar.com/wp-admin/customize.php

Please provide temporary wp-admin access.
Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m > provide us with username and password via the Private Content area http://prntscr.com/s5mao7 You can use any email for it.

Hello,

We found that issue appears if you save your changes as Draft https://prnt.sc/1vtx7p3 Our developers are working to fix this issue and release the fix in the next theme update. Till that happens use Publish option instead of Draft.

hi i used ur recommendation about publish option but still the prob same they are no any change effect after i change the colors and the fonts once i press publish and then close the page and open it again all the change’s it back to the original again . 2 days i wasted

the Footer not showing option to edit

Disable Static Blocks Cache in Theme Options > Speed Optimization, you will be able to activate this option once all changes to static blocks content will be done.

You can choose what menu to show there at Theme Options > Header builder https://prnt.sc/24z4cm9
And then edit the menu from Appearance > Menus > edit the menu you need https://prnt.sc/24z4h5p

Hello,

I see that content of the home page is just empty. Edit your front page and add any element there. Besides, I see that you installed 2 page builder: WPBakery and Elementor. Which one do you use? Choose the one and disable the other. There is no need to use 2 page builders at the same time.

Hello,

If you imported WPBakery version then you need to use WPBakery to edit page content. Don’t disable that plugin. But if you want to use the Elementor version let me know and I’ll import the Elementor demo content for you.

Hello,

I have imported Elementor versions of the pages of the Niche Market02 demo. Check the site and edit pages and Static blocks using Elementor page builder to change the content.

Go to Static Blocks > edit Footer static block according to your needs.
