Hello, I was working on the settings of my website theme and I updated the theme to the latest available version. But now it rises incompletely

Hello, @Resin,

It looks like you switched from the child theme to the parent theme or renamed the theme or reset options. What theme version did you use before? Describe your actions during the update.

Could you please provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site?

WP admin username:
WP admin password:

Do you have a backup of your site and DB before the update? Could you restore that?

yes i just renamed the theme folder
and i was on the last version then do 3.8.3
i have added the wp login options in private area
no i don’t have the latest backup 🙁
