The overnight website appears in English now, translations were lost and there are elements out of frame.
No plugin has been updated that affects the translation and the translations had been worked on in the chiled theme accordingly.
I attach a screenshot of the translation from the child theme that is not reflected on the website as an example.
There is also an option to update translations but I don’t know whether to update it. Attach image
I’m having the same issue with the translation. I’m using Loco Translate.
I managed to fix it by copying the theme translation from languages/loco/themes to languages/themes.
hello! Thank you!
In any case, I will wait for the response from the support team so as not to make changes that could cause problems in the future.

I attached username and password in the private area.
Hello, LVRB Love’s Rebel,
To translate the currently untranslated strings, it seems that the .pot files may need to be regenerated. For this, we kindly request FTP access from you.
For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
I have attached the FTP access key.
I made a personalized translation, I want that to be recovered.
Now the whole site is not working properly!!!
Apart from the problem with the translations, from one moment to the next it does not work correctly.
The buy now button does not work, the site lags when you browse, if you add products to the cart it lags.
What are you doing with the theme? It’s getting worse every day and hinders my sales and user experience.
I need a solution to the problems now please! I lose sales because of all these mistakes!
Attach video.

I need you to please solve the problem, not for me to do it. They ALREADY asked me for my access information to do it, I need you to fix it please
Hello @LVRB Love’s Rebel
At this time the only available way to fix the translations on client’s web-sites is to make a rollback of WP version to 6.6.
We checked other forums and here is evidence that these issues have been raised not only on our forum but also in other plugin-related topics:
1. Showing all X results on category sites is not translated after update -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/showing-all-x-results-on-category-sites-is-not-translated-after-update/
2. Known issues with WordPress 6.7 -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/known-issues-with-wordpress-6-7/
3. Translations are no longer loading from the theme folder -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/translations-are-no-longer-loading-from-the-theme-folder/#post-18132409
That means that the latest update of WordPress made such issues on too many web-sites and not only the ones used our theme.
Thank you for understanding our position and respecting our support rules !
Once you make a backup you can also check if the other issues are fixed. Because they could be also related to the update of WP v6.7.
Kind regards,
Jack Richardson
