The xstore plugin won’t let me configure the store. It stays blocked.

As I can see, Theme Options > WooCommerce works fine – https://prnt.sc/9q-MR9lkVj6Q please record a video of the problem and provide URL via the Private Content area.
How to record a video you can find tutorials online.

The issue could be because of any third-party plugin conflict, Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persists then kindly take a complete backup of your site first.
And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

I have debugged your site and found this error in your site console when trying to access the cart and checkout under theme options: https://postimg.cc/v1hzkfFC and that is the main cause of the issue, you can check the error file path as well in the given screenshot, It is coming from the WordPress core files, so it look likes you have added some Custom Code in Core files of the WordPress, Please try to contact your developer to check it for you or contact your hosting provider on this issue, once that issue in console with the WordPress files will be resolved, The option of the theme will work fine automatically.

Have you changed wp-admin access? We can’t log in anymore.
1/ You should be able to contact your hosting provider, describe the problem and provide this screenshot of the problem – https://postimg.cc/v1hzkfFC Let us know the answer of your hosting provider.
2/ Check the server error log, hosting will provide it once you asked.
3/ Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, then check settings in Theme Options. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem. Let us know the result.
