Theme Activation Causes White Screen - by jgabrio

I just purchased the theme this morning. I had a version of WordPress 4.1.1 installed with Woocommerce installed along with several other plugins. I installed the theme and activated it. Upon activation, it caused the backend and fronted to go white. Nothing shows up.

So, I created a new subdirectory and installed a fresh version of WordPress, no plugins installed. Uploaded the theme and hit activate. Same thing happens. There is something going on when you activate the theme. I noticed it was updated today, March 7th, 2015. I’m wondering if something got corrupted?

Help please.

Hello,

Please check at your host what php version is used on a server. It shouldn’t be less than 5.3 version. If it’s 5.2 ask your host to update it. Also memory_limit value shouldn’t be low.

PHP Version: 5.4.24 WordPress version 4.1.1. When I activated the theme it all went blank.

Hi.

i bought a theme today. but i get a white display after installation. i have tried install under ftp and wordpress.

wordpress 4.1
php 5.5

what should i do?

Please ask your host to change it to 5.3 at least.
