Hello,
Since purchasing the theme yesterday, every time I try to install it on WordPress the site crashes. I immediately get a white screen and it’s impossible to access both the website and the dashboard, the only way around it is to delete the theme folder from the server so WordPress will go back to the default theme. I tried 3 times and everyone of them had the same result, even when using ‘live preview’ the site crashed, although I was able to get back to the dashboard in this case.
I thought there was something wrong with the theme so I tried installing it on a local WordPresss install and to my surprise it works perfectly. My local WordPress is version 4.1.1 and the server uses PHP 5.5.15
The live WordPress (where it doesn’t work) is hosted in HostMonster, version 4.1.1 and the server uses PHP 5.4.24. It’s a fresh wordpress install with no content and the only plugins currently isntalled are Akismet, Hello Dolly, Jetpack and Mojo Marketplace, WooCommerce was installed after the theme crashed the first two times.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Thanks.

Hi,
The first time I uploaded the theme through WordPress and since it didn’t work, I thought something had gone wrong with the upload, so I went ahead and uploaded it with the FTP at least 3 more times before giving up.
Hello,
Any idea what’s wrong and how to fix it? I’ve seen another forum topic with the exact same problem so I’m wondering if this will get fixed any time soon as it might be a bigger issue than initially thought. We really need to get this website running soon and have been told we’ll only wait a few more hours before looking for another theme.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please check php information:
http://www.mglaserstudios.com/info.php
You’re using 5.2 php version.
Please ask your host to change it to 5.3 at least.
Thank you.

Eva,
Thanks for the reply. I’ve talked twice to the host provider and they assured me we had PHP 5.4, even the cpanel says 5.4.24. I’ll have to contact them again, hopefully this will be the only issue.
Again, thanks!

Hi – I’m having the same issue when trying to activate my site. Difference here is that I am installing the theme on a existing website. I tried downloading and installing only the wordpress installation file from theme forest, but that was unsuccessful.
Any other solutions?
