Theme Activation Error [URGENT] - by CodeCheckout

Hello 8Theme,

I reinstalled XStore theme and WordPress in my new hosting service. When I try to reactivate the theme, I receive a warning telling me that “Theme reached activation limit”. But I was trying to use the theme on the same domain.

Can you please release our license from your end?

Don’t you use our theme for these projects anymore?
Because you can use 1 license for 1 project (dev and production sites) according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard

We only use this theme for “skybeats.lk” domain. We have to change servers several times because of the server requirement did not match for the theme installation. So, we tried several times for matching. Could you please remove both of domains so we can install it from scratch?

Can you please release our license from your end?

We have reset it and you can still use it. But keep in mind for future references:
You can use 1 license for 1 project (dev and production sites) according to ThemeForest license policy https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
