Theme and core plugin doesnt update from WordPress

    Hello

    Theme and Core plugin wont update from wordpress

    Do I need to do it manually?

    I did follow the steps in the guide, but im still getting the same error

    We appreciate your prompt response.

    Please download theme’s .zip file https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-package/ , go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload archive > Install > Replace with uploaded.
    Then, download the Core plugin archive (The Core plugin file is typically included in the full theme package available on ThemeForest. Please ensure that you have downloaded the complete package from your ThemeForest account and then watch this video: https://fex.net/s/fexofsb )
    Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose downloaded plugin > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded”.
    Then, clear all caches and check the result of updates.

    Hello I figured out the issue!

    It was cURL is was enabled on my hosting environment, which caused the to not be able to download updates

    Enabling it fixed the issue, thank you for the help.
