Theme Builder Single Product Editor won’t open – XStore theme plugin causing conflict

I have an issue where it seems the theme builder’s single product page won’t open on elementor pro- I am getting a fatal error like this one:

1/ We are currently unable to access your website using the wp-admin login credentials previously provided, as they appear to be invalid or non-functional.

To proceed with checking your settings and providing the necessary assistance, could you please supply us with updated wp-admin credentials? For security purposes, kindly submit the new details through the private content area.

2/ To better understand the issue you are experiencing, we kindly request that you record a video demonstrating your actions and the problem. Please upload this video to any file-sharing service and provide us with the link.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to resolving your query promptly.

3/ We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
