This is how the site looks from the backend
Hello, Spiceretail,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Could you please provide us with further details or steps to replicate the issue you are encountering? At first glance, everything appears to be functioning correctly.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team
If you look at the first screenshot, this is from a pc where we are not logged in to wordpress – the elements that have loaded are from elementor.
The second screenshot is from a pc logged into wordpress – you can see the elements that are missing are xstore ones eg. advanced headline
So basically, is when a member of the public looks at the website, no element is loading
Hello, Spiceretail,
We appreciate your prompt response.
Upon further investigation, we have identified an issue originating from the Speed Optimizer plugin, as evidenced by the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/p5wvpI64bm66
To mitigate the problem, we have temporarily disabled the plugin, which resulted in the restoration of normal functionality. Consequently, we kindly suggest reaching out to the plugin’s support team for a resolution to the error encountered.
