THEME COLOR, HEADER AND FOOTER DIFFERENT FROM THEME GLASSES

I have selected xstore glass theme, but in editor theme is not showing properly, the header color is black, in footer there is no gap between logo and black box as compared glass demo theme.

No matter how I change font colours, backrounds or edit anything it stays after publish but after refresh the same all is gone to previous one.

Thanks for the reply.
I’ve changed the background color of the Header Top and background of the Promo text element via Theme Options > Header Bilder – https://prnt.sc/1xput44 , settings wok fine via customizer and on the frontend after closing Theme options – https://prnt.sc/1xpuwid
Please clear cache of your browser and check. There are no visible problems.
If you face any problem still, record a video, please.
