Theme Conflict with WooCommerce Square Checkout

Good afternoon, how are you? Are you aware that your theme will not work with the WooCommerce Square checkout? I can’t get it to work and below is what the WooCommerce support told me. I am about to buy more licenses for this Royal theme, I use this theme a lot. However, I can’t keep using if there are issues. Do you have a fix?

I just ran the tests for conflicts. The good news is that it worked normally with your theme and plugins disabled as you can see here:

I then reactivated your plugins and ran another successful test:

As you can see on the above screenshot I even tried mismatching the postal/zip code and Square properly rejected the first attempt. Then once corrected, the transaction was approved.

This means that something in your Theme’s files is causing the issue. Taking a look at your site it seems to be producing a lot of errors related to WooCommerce. This normally happens when a developer hasn’t done a proper job of building their theme to support WooCommerce, even though they may advertise it as compatible.

Good morning Eva,how are you? I am able to click both links to see them in multiple browsers. the first link is a video not a image. WooComm people made the video and screen print. I put up on the site I want to use the Royal theme on if that helps, see below.

The error that we get is:

Error: Square was unable to complete the transaction. Please try again later or use another means of payment.

I can see from Google searching that other people have seen this error before and how some of them fixed it.

Hello,

We’ve sent the archive “checkout.zip” to your email address. Please check it. Extract the archive and upload “checkout” folder to wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce directory (overwrite the existing “checkout” folder).
After that check payment method.

You guys are awesome! Should I upload in the child theme woocommerce/checkout/ folder or the main Royal theme woocommerce/checkout/ folder?
