    Hey,
This is the mail i received from my host
    Hello Mohit,

Thank you for contacting DreamHost Technical Support.

Upon investigating your account, it appears the plugin “et-core-plugin”
is causing issues cache to not work on the server. If this plugin is
vital for your domain, you may want to contact the plugin developer in
    regards to this issue.

My new temporary website address is mohsha91.dream.press. I have migrated my website dailygo.co.in to dreamhost because your team said that my server is not good. But it’s encountering many problems. Kindly look into it why is etcore plugin interfering with my hosting. Without the etcore plugin it will not work. So please look into the matter as soon as possible. I am leaving my wordpress credentials for my new host in the private content area.

    Site URL: http://mohsha91.dream.press

    Hey
Taking one of the best-managed WordPress plans out there in the market also didn’t solve the issue of my website’s slow loading. Kindly have a look here
    https://gtmetrix.com/reports/mohsha91.dream.press/baB5Vwn0

I am giving you access to my hosting dashboard, & my admin credentials. You can have everything you need from there be it FTP, server errors, or anything else. You can even contact the support if you have some issues or want to know something about the hosting.

The issue is only one, slow loading. For that, i don’t have any screenshots but i have given you the report of gtmetrix. All the credentials and everything is in the private area.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible. I have been occurring a lot of losses due to this.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

We have tested the product category of the site that you provided access to https://mohsha91.dreamhosters.com/pc/grocery-staples/
    We got the following results:
    with XStore theme – 3.7s https://gtmetrix.com/reports/mohsha91.dreamhosters.com/u2vBEx8j
    https://tools.pingdom.com/#5cf5fb2cd1c00000
with Storefront theme (default WP WooCommerce theme) – 3.3s https://gtmetrix.com/reports/mohsha91.dreamhosters.com/sTQpk4AC
    https://tools.pingdom.com/#5cf5fbe3b4800000

So, as you can see the difference between loading of the site with the default theme and our theme is essentially nonsubstantial.

But another link you provided http://mohsha91.dream.press/pc/grocery-staples/ has completely different results. It means that something is different in site settings and in server settings. Compare plugin and server settings of these 2 installations http://mohsha91.dream.press/pc/grocery-staples/ and https://mohsha91.dreamhosters.com/pc/grocery-staples/ to find out why the first one has bad results.

You wrote about server cache issues with our Core plugin. Could you, please, explain in more details what errors do you get? What part conflicts with the cache? Maybe provide screenshots for better understanding.

    Regards

Hey. I am so sorry i gave you the wrong URL. The actual URL using managed WordPress is
    http://mohsha91.dream.press
The URL on which you checked is on VPS. I had a query about why the plugin is not compatible with the managed WordPress hosting. Dream press is market leader and i have used it on many WordPress websites and the performance is very good. But on your theme, the core plugin is encountering many problems as stated by the Dreamhost team. For account details, you can check the private content area.
Kindly look into this domain with the above gives issues

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hey
The url mohsha91.dream.press uses managed wordpress hosting while the URL mohsha91.dreamhosters.com uses vps. I have used dreampress managed hosting on many wordpress ecommerce site and never had a problem. I received this message when i asked the hosting company as to what errors they ar getting while running my website on managed WordPress. They replied with this

    Hi Mohit,

There are no specific error.log entries related to caching, instead, we
look at the site headers and use the inbuilt Proxy Cache Purge plugin
report function which is based on searching the site files for session or
cookie starts and cURL reports and these are not stored. In your
particular case, the et-core-plugin conflicts with the Proxy Cache Purge
    plugin report resulting in:

    wp_x39afj@dp-0c0a97417a:~/mohsha91.dream.press$ wp varnish debug
Robots are scanning your site for possible issues with caching…
Error: Unable to retrieve data. Debug cannot be run at this time. Please
run “curl -I [URL]” manually on your personal computer.

This does not necessarily mean that caching is not working however, just
that the plugin report is failing and that other plugin functions such as
flushing the cache on page edits will likely fail too.

The site headers return x-varnish: HIT which means the cache itself is
    actually working just fine.

#end of the hosting company messge

As you can see the website is working fine on vps which doesn’t have a server level caching. The xt-core plugin is causing hinderence with the server level caching. I have also given the dreamhost panel details in the previous reply which has every details about everything. you can access that too if you want sevrr logs or anything. You can even contact their support team for any assistance regarding the issues you want to see with your theme on their managed WordPress hosting servers.

Hey, it has been a while since i heard and i have been losing a lot because of this. Can you please update the current situation as to why your theme is not working with managed WordPress hosting which is said to be the best hosting for WordPress since it is specially made keeping in mind how WordPress website works and what all resources they need?

    Hello,

Your site does not work fine, every time we try to check the cache plugin settings we get http://prntscr.com/tz17ph

We did not find any code that could cause the issue with the cache bug.
Besides, your hosting company told you that

The site headers return x-varnish: HIT which means the cache itself is
    actually working just fine.

So, cache works even if you can’t run debug.

    Regards
