Theme customization not loading works when main theme is activated

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

All Plugins have been disable but still have the same users problems

add our staging site info

Hello,

Do not save Theme Options like a Draft https://prnt.sc/2yuFtxZhQB9q . Also, we would recommend you to update the theme and Core plugin. Do the update on staging site first and do not update the Core before the theme update

what did you do to fix it. so i can do the same on the main site.

Follow next steps:
– go to Plugins > disable XStore Core plugin
– go to Appearance > Customize > https://prnt.sc/2yuFtxZhQB9q select Publish action and Publish, close settings
– go to Plugins > activate XStore Core plugin
