    Hi there,

I have been trying for hours to resolve this issue using additional css to fix this issue without reaching out but it is still not resolved.

The theme customizer being used with wp bakery demo download doesnt’t work for the pre-footer and footer elements. I have tried to isolate the different elements using borders to see if I had the correct css code but it doesn’t work in the theme customizer or in the additional css . This happened also in the first version I tried to create with elementor which I why I setup this new install but still experiencing the same issue.

    Please assist.

    Thanks

This should be updated. This should be a part of the theme customizer, not changeable through the pagebuilder. If I was new to wp bakery and elementor and especially just someone trying to edit their own website. It would take a lot to read through theme documentation to figure out how to fix this.

I dedicated a few days to building this site and it has taken me the last several hours trying to figure this out. Please fix this so it is changeable from the theme customizer.

    Thanks

I have noticed I still have an issue with the footer when the homepage refreshes.
The theme came with different footer sections with background color being black for each section. I changed those colours and when the page refreshes it showing the screen jump showing the color half way in the page then fills out the page when it’s done refreshing.

I don’t know if something needs to be stretched. I simply changed the color and nothing else. I changed the color only simply leaving everything the same way it came with the theme.

    Please assist.

    Thanks

    Hello, Phoenixtalia,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ If you do not see changes in static block content once you do them, kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.

2/ WPBakery uses scripts to stretch the row to full width and this is how it works. We can do nothing with this, unfortunately.

If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.

    Kind Regards,

    Thanks for your response.

1/All cache were already disabled so it would not delay frontend visibility and slow down testing.

2/If the only thing I changed within the wp bakery page was the #color/default color, simply changing it from black, there should be no need for me to go specifically to check if it background colour is set to stretch as no settings was change and it did not appear that way to my recollection when it was set simply to black.

    Thanks.

    Hello, Phoenixtalia,

We would like to guide you through the process of adjusting the background color of your footer to transparent (Theme Options). Please navigate to the Theme Options, proceed to the Footer section, and select Footer Styling. From there, you can set the Background Color to transparent. Once this change has been made, we kindly ask that you verify its functionality.

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
