Theme customizer issue and sales booster problem

Hi! i faced with 2 issues
1. customizer issue on the new (clean) website (just theme and plugin from you)
2. we plan to migrate on new website and don’t want to use elementor plugin but without active elementor some boost sale features are not working e.g. Account Login/Register Tabs not responding (it doesn’t switch if I click on button). Can I use all theme features without elementor plugin? Please provide the list of features and/or theme options that are required elementor plugin to be installed

1/ Regarding your inquiry about the customizer issue, please apply patches to solve it – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/

2/ The My-Account page functionality comes from the WooCommerce plugin.

1/ Please check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
Let us know the results of the test.

We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

If the behavior continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.
We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider to review the server mail log. Additionally, it would be prudent to contact WooCommerce plugin support concurrently for further assistance – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

Can I use all theme features without Elementor plugin?

Not all theme features but some require Elementor plugin.

For example: XStore builders features require Elementor plugin to be installed.

1. i saw the patch in the list and applied it already, but it didn’t work
2. Thanks for the answer, I appreciate it, but my question is not about “My-Account page functionality”. It is about Sales Booster > Account Login/Register Tabs feature/switcher which is not working without an active Elementor plugin. Please read my question carefully. That’s why I was asking about a list of features e.g. from “Sales Booster” section which will not work without Elementor

1/ Please make sure that you cleared cache (browser cache and server cache), the patch works fine on my test site.

2/ We have thoroughly tested the “Sales Booster > Account Login/Register Tabs” feature without the Elementor page builder plugin activated. Based on our tests, the feature is functioning correctly on our test site. Please refer to the images provided in the private content area for reference.

However, we did observe that while the login tab works as expected, the registration functionality on the “My Account” page does not operate without the Elementor plugin being active.

To clarify, the Sales Booster features are generally operational without the Elementor plugin on our test site. However, if you encounter any issues, we kindly request that you provide a video demonstrating the problem so that we can investigate further and assist you accordingly.

Please note that Elementor or WPBakery page builder plugins are essential for our theme, as the demos are built using these page builders. Additionally, the required plugins for our theme include a page builder (either Elementor or WPBakery), WooCommerce, and the XStore Core plugin.
