Hello,
I have some issues in customizing the theme.
For both issues I already tried cleaning the browser cache and disabling 3d party plugins.
There is no WP cache active on the site.
1.
When I play with the settings to customize the template in frontend, some settings are re-enabled when I enable some others, even if I had disabled them previously. For example I am customizing the blog single post view, and next/previous buttons, share button, and post title are being re-enabled automatically when I change the post template. In the configs, I still see those options as disabled, but they behave like if they are enabled on the site.
After refreshing several times the only thing that remains even if disabled are the share buttons. This is strange because I cleaned the browser cache but it wasn’t solving, something changed only after refreshing several times on frontend, and I have no WP cache activated.
2.
I have changed the font family in Typography configs, but the change doesn’t reflect o frontend. I do not have any cache activated and I am visiting the site as admin.
Hello,
1. I would recommend you to use Dashboard > Theme Options http://prntscr.com/jy0i7l Or publish changes because some of them are complicated and can’t be displayed fully correctly via the preview.
2. http://prntscr.com/jy0j65 > https://prnt.sc/jy0jf3
Also, please read our documentation – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/main-theme-options/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/blog-page/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/demo-content/
