Theme deactivated during upgrade process

Hi I was updateing the Xstore Theme
and then my my website went off for 1 hour

in the recovery mode i deactivated the Xstroe theme then updated the Xstroe core
now i cant activate it again
this message is coming :

Now, As you said that the theme is not activated please check your system requirement so here are our theme requirements details: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/

You can contact your service provider to complete the theme requirement and then try to activate the theme and if still, you are facing the issue then please share your site wp-admin and cPanel access in the below-given format in the private content area.

So that I will check and solve your issue.
