    Hi,

    When I go to pages–> any page –> backend editor –> add new element –> single image, it does not add it. It will add the column, but nothing inside. If you then click on the delete this row icon and says ok, it does not delete it, but when you refresh the page, it is gone. It was not like this a few weeks ago.

    And one other thing. Can you please tell me where do I change the menu bar color?

    Please update Massive Addons for Visual Composer and Visual Composer plugins.
    You may change color in this code http://prntscr.com/hfr6ja (Theme Options > Styling > Custom css > Global Custom css).

    Hi Rose,

    Thank you for the reply. When I try to update WPBakery Visual Composer it says: “An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?”

    I only Bought this theme about 4 Months ago and paid for the extended support, which is a year. Can you please tell me why it asks for license?

    All the premium plugins included in our theme are external and we have the right to build them into our theme as we purchase the Extended License for each of these plugins. The plugins run perfectly and are fully functional. There is no doubt that you can get the current plugin version directly from us. For that go to https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ page and you’ll get access to all necessary archives. These plugins registration is not obligatory! The plugins are functioning perfect without any activation. The plugin activation option was added in the plugin for the customers to get automatic updates and support directly from plugin developers. Only in case you need this features you will need to purchase and register the plugin. This is not only our practice but all the theme authors from ThemeForest.
