    Hi There

    Could I please request the latest 3.3 theme files as I would like to update from 3.3 to 3.4 due to the woocommerce update.

    I’m aware that this is normally obtained from ThemeForest, however as I was not the original developer whom set up the site I do not have access to the initial purchase. This issue has been already explained in a previous support ticket by me.

    Thanks for that, but unfortunately I have not received it as yet and it has been over 12 hours.

    As an option we can upload the theme archive to your server. Please provide us with FTP credentials in provide content.
