Hi there!
My last topic is closed because we thought we fixed the problem, but unfortunately the problem is still there:
We are using the Woothemes Plugin “Product Add Ons” but it has problems with your theme.
When someone add a product and add a custom text and photo, we can’t see in the order which text or photo this is. So the information that the buyer give us, is not shown in the order.
So of course we first try it to the support of Woothemes and this is their answer:
Iris,
Hi there! Thanks for your patience! I found the problem. Yay! It’s the theme. I switched to the default theme Storefront, placed an order and now the product add-on fields show up on the order as you can see below:

The theme seems to be interfering with the product add-ons information being saved to the order. You should reach out to the theme developer for a fix. We don’t have access to their files to be able to help with that.
I changed the theme back to Royal child. I hope the theme developer is able to get this fixed quickly for you. Here is a link to their support: https://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976/support
I hope that helps. Please let us know if you need anything else!
Have a fantastic Thursday!
Please note without any reply from you, this ticket will self-close on 2016-10-12.

When you switch to “Storefront Theme”, and than buy a product like a pie ( https://snoepkado.com/product/frozentrakteer-taart/) with custom text an uploaded photo…. the order information is good in the backend. See order number: #1475. You can try, it’s in testmode.
So can you please help us?? Would be great!
See acces in Private Content.
Thank you!
Hello,
The link you provided doesn’t work. Please check if you wrote domain name correctly.
Please show a page where we can upload an image to check the issue.
Have you updated the theme to 2.7.3 version?
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
Yes already updated everything as you said in your previous reaction on our other topic… (FTP acces in private content)
Hello,
As I see image and text are shown with our theme too:
http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/16/1011/h_1476188828_2680322_4308429d95.jpeg
Please clarify where exactly you can’t see it.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
I can’t find that order number that you are showing.
But please make an order and look then in the order confirmation; then the information does not show…
But your print screen, that’s exactly how it should look like 🙂
Hello,
I checked order number #1475 as you told. Do you mean to check order confirmation in wp-admin panel or on Thank you page after checkout?
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
I mean the order information.
Like in your print screen you see:
Custom text: Cute Pie!
Uploaded photo: “link”
Those information fields are missing at all orders… That’s the big issue 😉
Hello,
This requires solution from our developers. We recommend you to contact via this form https://www.8theme.com/customization-services/ and provide all details there.

Eva Kemp.
Hi EVa,
I’ll do that but i don’t understand it because when i order something in the Storefront Theme, it goes good. When i order something in your theme, the information is not showing…
Order #1442 Is good!
Order #1477 is not good
Hello,
We don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme as we can’t test all plugins. So please contact our customization service.

Eva Kemp.
Hi EVa,
Understand, but i sent a ticket to them 3 days ago but still no answer. What now?
This is very important for us because now our shop is closed and can go open when everything works well…
Please help us
Hello,
Go to Theme Options > Single Product Page > Ajax “Add To Cart” > set OFF . Product Addons plugin uses POST method and does not work with Ajax add to cart. Keep this option disabled if you want to use this plugin.
